The Beginner class is a class that is open to those who are newer to yoga, or those that want to keep their practice simple. This class introduces foundational yoga asanas (postures), explores the use of various modifications and props. You will learn proper yogic breath, and how to combine that breath with your movement. This class will overall help you to become more comfortable with the practice of yoga. While this is a beginner class, be prepared to be mildly challenged both physically and mentally. But trust us, we’re there to guide you the whole way.
