Self Defense Techniques

This class focuses purely on learning and mastering common and basic self defense techniques. By learning and practicing these movements, our hope is to able to teach you how to effectively get out of any potential threatening situation, and create space for you to be able to get professional emergency help. We’ll practice potential real-life scenarios, how to react, and what to do. Learning these techniques will help set your instincts to use them rather than panicking when your adrenaline kicks in.
