Slowly Flow

Together, we will combine breathing, slowly flowing postures and meditation in this gentle, but deep approach mixing Hatha and Vinyasa yoga. In this slow-paced flow class we will learn and repeat a consistent routine for six to 8 weeks, allowing us, over time, to learn the postures, transitions and breath.

We will also have the opportunity to explore our bodies within the postures. We will cultivate and build toward balance, strength & flexibility while being able to see these changes within the consistent routine. The class will be enhanced with ambient classical music, twinkle lights and finish with deep stretching and a guided meditation. This class is suitable for beginners to advanced.

Schedule: Tuesday 9:15AM-10:15AM, every other Thursday 6pm-7pm
Livestream Option: YES
Trainer: Christi

You will leave feeling in a softer space in your body and mind.

Beginner Yoga

This is a class that is open to those who are newer to yoga, or those that want to keep their proactive simple. This class introduces foundational yoga postures, explores the use of various modifications, and props. You will learn proper yogic breath, and how to combine that breath with your movement. This class will, overall, help you to become more comfortable with the practice of yoga. While this is a beginner class, be prepared to be mildly challenged both physically and mentally. But trust us, we’re there to guide you the whole way.

Schedule: Monday 5:15pm-6:00pm
Livestream Option: YES

Slo-Flo

Here we incorporate simplistic moves from standard yoga positions, and use the class to focus on our breath control - breathing into one move, breathing out into the next. By focusing on your breath, you allow your body to fill with oxygen at the right times, and release oxygen at the right times, which ultimately helps with:
1) Your circulation
2) Releasing pressure off your spine when you should
3) Ultimately leading to better overall flexibility.
We’re still not going to go super fast in this class, but we will focus on fluidly moving from one position to the next, rather than holding our positions for a long time. We practice safety first, and we’ll make sure our students have enough time to reset themselves in every position. Modifications can be made by the instructor to make any position easier or harder!

Schedule: Thursday 6:00pm-7:00pm
Livestream Option: YES

Warm Yin

Warm Yin is the perfect way to bring your body into a relaxed state for the weekend. Different from hot yoga - the room is gently warmed, just enough to allow your muscles to relax and stretch comfortably. Yin yoga is floor based - meaning you’re on your mat the entire time. The movements are minimal, as the class focuses on relaxing your mind and body.

Schedule: Saturday 10:30am-11:30am
Livestream Option: YES

Monday Mood Lift

By practicing yoga at the start of your week, you are opening your mind up to new possibilities! This class encompasses a combination of both ashtanga and vinyasa flow yoga. Moving at a slower pace and holding the postures for at least five breaths will help you to build strength and balance.

FOCUS

This class gives you the opportunity to finely tune your yoga experience. Each week, we’ll focus on a different theme to incorporate into class. For instance, one week we’ll give preference to balance. Another week, we’ll focus on moves that enhance our flexibility. Some weeks, we’ll focus on strength poses where we’ll hold poses for longer, and focus on enhancing our upper and lower body strength. This style of class will be slower than a flow class, with its intent to really give purpose to each week’s focus.

Schedule: Tuesday 6:30pm-7:30pm
Livestream Option: YES

GLOWGA (Fall/Winter Class)

THIS is where the party gets started. The lights go off, the room darkens, and blacklights fill the space. The music gets pumped loud, and for 30 minutes, we go as hard as we can. With moves that stem from Buti Yoga, dance technique, and flow movements, this class will get your heart pumping in no time. Wear neon or white to stand out in the blacklights, or stay in dark clothes if you don’t want to be noticed. Either way, this class is just F-U-N. With themes like Back to the 80s, Gaga Glowga, and Bow down to Queen Bey - the music alone is enough to pump you up. Better yet, double down and follow it up with some Slo-Flo to stretch those tired muscles!

Schedule: Thursday 5:15pm-5:45pm (not yet on schedule)
Livestream Option: NO
