New classes added! Sign up now!

In preparation for the opening of our studio, we’ve added a BUNCH of brand new classes. A quick update: Our regular Yoga Basics class (our most popular class) will now be offered three times per week: Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. On Saturdays, we’ve opened up two times for classes: 9am and 10:15am. Please note, the 10:15am Saturday class will be offered every Saturday except the 1st Saturday of the month. These will be saved for our intro classes.

We’re also now offering our Shut Up & Dance Yoga class! Lots of people have asked just what in the world that means – well, it’s simple, really. Basic yoga moves; only instead of mellow, softer music, we kick it up a notch with fun, contemporary music. AND our students will get to contribute to the playlists every week. So whether you enjoy Top 40, house music, disco – you’ll get to have your pick! It’s going to be TONS of fun and a perfect way to end your workday on a positive note. This will be offered every other Wednesday. If people really like it and want it more frequently, we’ll be happy to offer it.

We’ll have our intermediate/advanced yoga classes every other Friday at 5:30pm – for people who want to try new things, or push themselves a bit. This is the Get More Bendy class! Because many of us aren’t quite there yet, it’s a limited offering. If you want to try it but Fridays really don’t work for you, PLEASE let us know. We’re testing out the new schedule and are absolutely open to feedback.

Lastly, we now have Kickboxing Basics classes. Learn proper stance, basic punches, how to balance yourself while kicking, and American Kenpo (karate variety) moves. Warning: You might feel like Wonder Woman when you’re done. This will be offered on alternating Wednesdays when we’re not doing Dance Yoga.

    I would like to try your Saturday morning class. Do I have to give you my credit card number for the first free class? Thanks, Jeannie. 509-981-4116

      Hi Jeannie,

      The site does ask you to input your card, even for the free class – that way it stores it on file for you for any future classes you want to attend. However, if you’re not comfortable with that, no problem! Just let me know when you want to come to class and I’ll get you registered for your free one!
