Bring your small fry, mini-me, tiny-tot for some relaxing, easy-going yoga! Yoga has proven to be dynamic in kids’ lives, helping with focus, attitude, mental health, and physical movement. Trainer Andrea will lead the group in easy-to-learn, fun movements for the kids to try. Moms and/or Dads are welcome to join their little ones, or let them enjoy it on their own! Age range is approximately 5-12 years, but we’re also open to other ages.
