Saturday Flow

With this class you get to sleep in…a bit. This 10:15 flow based class will help wake up any leftover grogginess you may have when you walk in, yet with a gentle approach. Beginning with deep breathing and meditative focus, you’ll work through yoga moves to awaken your mind and body, whether you’re just beginning or building on a foundation you’ve started. You’ll end in a deep state of relaxation, and ready to take on the day. This is a coed class!
