Sometimes, you just feel like punching and kicking things rather than being tranquil in yoga. And that’s totally fine! In this class we will teach you fundamental and basic punches and kicks that serve as the backbone of kickboxing. You’ll learn a variety of moves, along with proper form, and learn them in sequences to establish a rhythm of it all. You’ll also learn how to apply these moves to defend yourself in hypothetical real-life situations. Our goal is to bring awareness, agility, and strength to empower you! And, you might end up feeling a little like Wonder Woman.
