Aces Up! Workout

This class is going to make you work! We incorporate a simple “deck of cards” workout using bodyweight exercises (think squats, lunges, push-ups) – but don’t worry if you’re out of shape! We can adjust to all levels of fitness. Watch out for when those Aces come up – you’ll feel the burn – in a good way! Stick around for our restorative yoga session that follows to get a nice post-workout stretch, and relax your mind completely before your weekend begins.

Stacey is the owner and primary trainer at FatGirl Yoga. She has many years of yoga experience in addition to other fitness and sports related activities. In addition to teaching classes, she is also a real estate agent/broker in Spokane as well as a professional photographer. Stacey enjoys teaching yoga as a source of strength and empowerment!
